    Good book for beginners I liked this book for what it is – a good, easy overview of different kinds of smoothies you can make. I’ve been making smoothies for a while, but usually just make things up ‘as I go’ with whatever I have on hand. The results are mixed, at best. So having a list of actual recipes around in the form of this book is pretty handy.
