    Tries to be too many things to too many people. This very thin book tries to be all things to all people with multiple chapters on specific smoothies to alkaline your body, diabetic smoothies, cleansing smoothies, skin smoothies, to name but a few. I am new to the smoothie world and was just looking for a book that would introdice me to tasty and healthful combinations, as well as give me pointers as to what value a particular fruit or vegetable would bring to a smoothie. There are so many recipes and every recipe I have tried is DELICIOUS.
