A mixed bag My review is complicated, so read to the end if you really want to understand my opinion. I really wanted to love this matcha. I don’t hate this matcha, by any means. It just isn’t great. I am a tea enthusiast. I have an appreciation for a wide range of teas. My chief demand is that the tea do a good job at being what it is. Cheap tea should be good, cheap tea. Lower quality matcha come in bigger sizes for baking or smoothie purposes. You get what you pay for! That being said, this is a fine product. I grew up in Japan and have had the privilege of experiencing tea ceremonies, and I can confidently say this lives up to my fond memories of…

What this one lacks is a strong green tea flavor. I always make matcha latte and I can’t really taste much of the…
