    Caution. You will overload your blender with the portion sizes! BEWARE! I don’t know what industrial-sized, monster blender these recipes are portioned for, but if you are using a Nutriblast or Magic Bullet or any one of the other “smaller” personal blenders you will quickly overload your blender with the fruit and veggie amounts listed. An overloaded blender = leaks and mess. I recommend cutting the ingredient portions in half, especially if you are living la vida single.
