    Higher carb than I like… but still good inspiration for smoothies Many of the recipes look great. My issue is that so many of the smoothies are relatively high in carbs. If you’re someone that needs to be under 20 g carbs a day… you may not be able to actually eat a lot more. I fixed that by cutting the recipe (one single serving!) in half… and use the smoothie as a “side” to a small meal of protein, fat and 0 carbs. Another issue is that several recipes ask for WHOLE MILK… which is not keto-friendly!!! I fixed that problem by switching to unsweetened…
