    Many good recipes but here is the reason for three stars … Many good recipes but here is the reason for three stars only, I take exception to a statement made repeatedly. It refers to Almond Milk as high in protein. Not true….very low comparatively to some other milks. Almond Milk has only 1g of protein per 8 oz. Eating almonds provides more nutrition than drinking almond milk. An ounce of raw almonds are loaded with protein, fiber and fat (good).
